Methodology

We use a vibration monitoring equipment to make sure that mechanical health of industrial machine whilst it is in normal operation without the need to stop or remove component. We also make use of laser alignment machines to make sure that two couplings are running straight / parallel. The infrared thermometer machine is used to check the overheating of all kinds bearings and high temperatures.
